Your first visit was so reassuring, friendly and helpful and for the first time I felt that going away was a viable option. When I met Cheryl, I immediately warmed to her kind and loving nature. Although there were a few tears on departure, I felt able to relax and actually enjoy the holiday and Cheryl was thoughtful enough to continue putting me at ease with comforting home news via text.
